Return & Refund Policy

1. Our goal is to ensure the customers’ satisfaction with your purchase.

2. Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at our website. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at our website constitutes the agreement that these policies apply to the order so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

1. Wrong Or Damaged Item

When customer gets the package and find we sent the incorrect items (including wrong size, wrong color, wrong name or number), please contact us within 30 days after receiving the items.

– In this case, please including the photos of front and back with a tape meter (or any kind of meter in inch) measuring the item and also the size tag on it.

– We will review the case and if it is our fault, we will send the replacement (sometimes you may be requested to return the incorrect item).

– We will take all responsibility for the replacement and it will be sent out in the shipment ways as the customer selected in their original order.

2. Unsatisfied Item

If you are not happy with your purchase then just return it within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost.

– In this case, you will need to take the picture of front and back of the item will full size and tag before returning.

– Please make sure the items you send back to us is in the original packaging with full of size and tag, and the merchandise is in the same condition.

Note: This policy is not applicable for customized name and number items as they can’t not be resold. Please note that!

3. Refund Policy

1. If after 30 days of transit time you do not receive the package, we will make a full refund and please keep the item as our apology. In case the package is noticed to be lost in transit, we will take responsibility for the replacement.

Note: This 30 day refund policy doesn’t apply for custom jerseys, for custom jerseys, please allow up to 45 days

2. In case you return the package to us, we will make a full refund aftering reviewing. The returned item must be in original condition with full size and tag.

Note: This usual policy is not applicable during the holiday season. Please note that!
